negotiation conversations.
- Clearly identified their objectives, entry and exit points and tradable within a negotiation
discussion that they may have with a colleague, supplier or customer.
- Enhanced their communication skills to achieve a win-win outcome through negotiation.
- Practiced some tested negotiation strategies and tactics to achieve an agreement in their
negotiation discussion.
