Module 2. Self-presentation and employee’s image

  • Basic of positive self-presentation
  • Components of the company employee’s image
  • Congruence in communication

Module 3. Main skills for effective interaction

  • Communication goals and priorities
  • Effective listening, reflection, and speaking
  • Rules of supportive communication
  • Effective transmission and receipt of information
  • Using of questions

Module 4. Skills for reasoning in business conversation

  • Cycle of business communication
  • Skills for management of business conversation
  • Methods of reasoning and counter-reasoning

Practice:
In the process of training participants would be able to work-out communication skills in role plays,
work in groups, presentations. They would acquire theoretical information necessary for improvement
of their communication skills and would be able to make self-assessment of their skills, to compare it
with the assessment of their colleagues.
Certificate
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
