Training objectives
In a very compact and metaphoric way the participant can “see” in the darkness all his/her behavioral strategies which result into success or failure in teamwork, communication and conflict situations. The discussion in light makes people think on what specifically should be done to create effective behavioral strategies and to focus on the individual goals in his/ her professional and personal life.

• Define the role of each in the command success: how quickly bring to the team where every of us is the most effective?

Methodology of training delivery
Participants spend several hours in the dark going through a series of challenges with the assistance of blind trainers. Participants experience themselves and others in complete darkness where they are challenged by solving different tasks as a team.
The participants learn to dare, share and care, and will work out strategies to solve common tasks together under pressure of different stressors such as time pressure, limited resources, change of conditions, competition with other teams. And all this – in darkness! In such conditions trust and communication, openness and cooperation are the essential tools for success.
The benefits are re-enforced by professional debriefing sessions (in light) allowing the reflection and the consolidation of learning. After returning to a lit environment, participants share their experiences, observations, surprises, frustrations, learning and especially their insights. They learn to use hidden senses more effectively and come to think twice about their own and others abilities and disabilities.

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
