Training objectives and advantages
The participants will get acquainted with the legislate specifics of LNA adoption in a company, and application of LNA in key and risky situations, the requirements of controlling authorities on the use of LNAs. The participants will learn to define and avoid potential risks and resolve conflict situations within the framework of the RF Labour Code.

• Traps and pitfalls of introducing LNAs to the employees;
• Trial period, regulated by LNAs as a guarantee of the employee efficiency and a tool to secure employer’s rights;
• Amendments in LNAs in the case of Remote Employment Agreement, practice and disputable points;
• Financial justification of bonuses in LNAs;
• Job descriptions as sound arguments in labour disputes;
• LNAs and labour discipline: arguments in support of disciplinary sanctions;
• Analysis of labour disputes and legal procedures.
