Training objectives: to raise awareness of the values, principles and tools of agile and HR processes in agile.
Planned result:
- Participants will receive an overview of agile methodologies (values, tools, and principles of team formation, etc.);
- Participants will learn about the main differences of HR-processes (selection, evaluation, training) in agile from the classical approach;
- Participants will learn how to determine the stages of development of the company when it is necessary to implement an agile approach in HR;
- Participants will gain practical skills of HR process modeling (1 to choose) in agile;

  -What is agile-based project management?
Interactive part: project planning using classical methodology and agile

• Basic HR processes
  -Overview of key HR processes, their difference in agile approach from classical one;
  -Examples of HR processes in companies where agile is implemented;
  -Transition to agile: key aspects, challenges and risks.

• Modeling of HR processes and systems in agile
  -Description of HR processes as is on the given example;
  -Comparison of this HR process with agile values and principles;
  -Modeling of a new process, search for effective practices.
Interactive part: work in groups on process modeling, presentation of group solutions
