Training objectives and advantages
Participants will study the 4P’s Personality Styles Model based on the "Social Styles" typology by Merrill & Reid. Participants will learn to recognize the different behavior styles and develop strategies in order to improve relationships and increase productivity in their cooperation with different personality styles.

Training program
• 4P model «Personality types». Testing the participants in order to determine their dominant personality types.
• Characteristics of personality types: Processor/Pusher/Player/Pleaser (behavior patterns, patterns of speech, body language, decision making style, etc.).
• Exercises in order to determine personality style of a person (active listening skills).
• Effective communication with different personality types (What to do? What to avoid? How to influence? How to communicate more effectively).
• Building and leading effective teams using the 4P’s Personality Styles Model
• Motivation of people with different personality types. Exercises in order to «sell the idea» to clients with different personality types (persuasion skills using the verbal techniques). Cross-functional communication and influence without authority.
