Training program
All of us are engaged in certain phases of business planning. However, the breadth of the issue often masks the real objectives of this process. Namely, people do not recognize how and why investors make decisions about financing projects.
This Training analyzes all major stakeholders of a project and their relationship to the process of business planning. We discuss the essence of the project, its market position and competitive advantages, valuation and value creation potential. All that is vitally important for the proper presentation of the project to investors in any environment.
Attention will be paid to specific Russian issues. Most often they are used as an excuse rather than are properly analyzed. We will see that most components of effective business planning do hold in this country as well.
We will also discuss venture projects as special cases of business planning.
Finally, participants will obtain useful practical skills of interaction with capital markets and financial institutions at a corporate and personal level.

Methodology of training delivery
The training is structured as a practical facilitated dialogue, with exercises, questions and answers, as well as the analysis of participants’ and instructor’s experience.
