Training program
1. State authorities` enhanced monitoring of the implementation of benefits and guarantees provision for pregnant women and persons with family liability. An analysis of labour legislation changes and legal practice trends.
2. Guarantees for pregnant women and women with children by employment. The possibility of a reasonable refusal by hiring. Consequences of an unreasonable refusal.
3. A fixed-term employment contract and pregnancy: prolongation and termination, maternity leave. Legal position of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
4. Labour routine specifics of a pregnant woman, working mother and other persons with family liability.
5. Correction of labour contract. Transfer and relocation to another job. Facilitated labour conditions of pregnant women.
6. Business travel records documentation, registration of work assignment for days off as well as overwork and night work.
7. Rules of registration of maternity leave and annual paid leave for women on maternity leave with part-time work.
8. Rules and terms of allowance payment and benefits indexing. Mismatch of the maternity leave dates with the dates indicated in sick note. Allowance for female employee with part-time work.
9. Guarantees by dismissal for employees with family liability. Involuntary termination: how to use article 81 of the Russian Labour Code in accordance with legal precedents. Legal procedure.
10. Ways of coping with the abuse of their rights by pregnant women or employees with family liability.
