• Behavior of the employer in case of conflict with the employee. How to prevent its aggravation, appeal of the employee to the head office of the company, filing complaints to the labor inspectorate and the prosecutor's office.
• Monitoring of lawsuits, possible errors and the risks arising from them.
• Jurisdiction and time limits for applying to the court, how to use procedural aspects to your advantage.
• Evidence that you can use in a lawsuit. Preparation of witnesses - determination of the witness base, possible forms of evidence in the process and related risks.
• Behavior in the court. Psychological aspect.

   1) Challenging of the legality of dismissal by the employee (dismissal for disciplinary infringement, as well as due to reduction of personnel).
   2) Recovery of property damage from an employee in a judicial procedure.
