Self-control in conflict
• Individual strategies for behavior in conflict. Efficiency and destructiveness of various strategies;
• Diagnostics of individual strategies of behavior in conflict. Work with conclusions;
• Methods for control of own emotional status in conflict. Management of anger.

Methods for conflict resolution
• Emotional conflict situation: causes, indicators
• «Stopping» of negative emotions. Techniques for reduction of the partner emotional tension
• Methods for work with disturbed opponent on conflict resolution.

Handling the conflict of interest
• Conflict of interest as demonstration of different direction of parties interests or limited resources;
