Training objectives

Too much to do, too much stress due to not having enough time to do it is a common problem many people face in the workplace. Although we can't give you more hours in the day, we can teach you how to decide what to do and when to do it and stop worrying. This high-energy, training program explains the fundamentals of time and stress management: understanding the value of time, using proven ways to get the most out of a day, balancing work and home, eliminating the main stress factors and time wasters and more. The training combines practices from various disciplines, especially psychology, sociology and linguistics. Some aspects are also drawn from traditional business training and development, emotional intelligence research, co-operative games, somatics (the study of the conscious body) and executive coaching. The training is supposed to be given through the synthesis of the emotional and intellectual approach what makes it really effective. The participants will
