Training objectives and advantages
The training participants will gain an idea of key amendments to the labour law during 2016 and the current established application practices that are taking shape currently.
The practical aspects of employing foreigners with respect to the transfer of authorities from the Federal Migration Service to the Administration for Migration issues of the Russian Ministry of the Interior will be described in a separate block.
Furthermore, we will cover practical aspects of hiring and HR procession of employee documents, of which companies with operations in Russia should be aware.

Training program
1. Key amendments to the labour law during 2016:
    - Implementation of professional standards;
    - Independent assessment of skills for compliance with professional standards;
    - Changes in the specifics of regulating personnel in micro-companies and businesses of self-employed entrepreneurs: Chapter 48.1 – a new chapter to the Russian Labour Code;
    - Increased rates of fines for payroll arrears and arrears on other payments due to employees as well as claim limitation period and liability for non-compliances with labour law;
    - New amendments to Article 136 of the Russian Labour Code: new deadlines for payment of payroll;
    - Other amendments to the labour law during 2016 and laws and regulations in the pipeline.
2. Foreign employees: Practical issues and solutions associated with new procedures and requirements.
3. Procession of HR documents.
Specifics of employment contract dissolution. Matters of concern that should be taken into account at conclusion of the employment contract to prevent future conflicts.
