Module 4. Building a strategic HR function:
• strategic meaning of the HR function;
• interaction between the HR function and line managers;
• the role of HR in change management;
• using new technologies and processes;
• strategic budgeting;
• enforcing the value of global HR;
• corporate citizenship and ethic values.

Methodology of training delivery
Mini-lectures, case studies, work in groups, fulfillment of assignments, discussions, analysis of specific situations from the practice of companies in client’s industry.
