Training program
Module 1. Planning of presentation:
• types of presentation and goals setting;
• analysis of presentation audience;
• presentation structure: methods for organization of information, specifics of introduction and closing;
• methods for persuasion of audience;
• main principles for development of slides show.

Module 2. Preparation of presentation:
• organization of space;
• specifics of work with visuals;
• taking into account unforeseen circumstances;
• time control.

Module 3. Delivery of presentation:
• work on speaker’s image. Verbal and non-verbal behavior;
• establishing of contact and psychological aspects of interaction with audience;
• styles of presentations delivery;
• overcoming of agitation;
• management of “difficult” audience;
• work with questions from the audience. Types of questions.
• algorithms for answer on «inconvenient» questions.

Methodology of training delivery
Course uses video-taping of participants’ presentations with its later discussion and analysis.
