• balance Sheet and Income Statement;
• forecasting cash turnover.

Module 2. Measuring business performance:
• main performance criteria: profitability, liquidity, turnover, productivity;
• analysis of structure and trends;
• managing working capital;
• calculating main indicators and analyzing the company’s financial reporting.

Module 3. Financial justifying decisions:
• fixed and variable costs;
• interrelations between sales volume, costs, and income;
• break-even point;
• financially evaluating decisions;
• calculating assortment profitability.

Module 4. Budgeting basics:
• strategic tasks;
• methods for preparing the budget;
• budgeting cycle;
• main budget documents;
• controlling adherence to the budget.

Module 5. Business game “From Strategy to Tactics”:
• practicing acquired skills.

Methodology of training delivery
Mini-lectures, case studies, work in groups, fulfillment of assignments, discussions, analysis of specific situations from the practice of companies in client’s industry.
