– The deadline for registration & payment is usually 5 days before the starting date of the course;

  • Learn a method of adapting our behavior to reach others by means of a negotiation process;
  • See ourselves as others perceive us and know how to react in order to build trust.

Training program
3 weeks(minimum 2) before the master-class participants have to designate their subordinates, colleagues or business partners (3 to 5 people) who will fill in questionnaires about the communication skills of the inquirer. The participants have to complete the questionnaire as well. Then, at the beginning of the course, we discuss some theoretical and methodological background of the possible communication styles. We as well conduct some highly interactive exercises in order to allow the participants to better understand the communication and trust building processes. Then we discuss the results of the tests, helping the participants to understand their level of communication mastership, flexibility, and empathy. We organize “difficult” interlocutor role-plays and explain each participant’s case. Afterwards we provide self-coaching tools and proceed to the elaboration of an action plan in order to continue the self-development of the participants after the course. Then we will hand in the master class certificates.
