Objective: comparison of one’s own perception of the company’s culture as a profit center with the real cultural mechanism of value creation in one’s own business unit.

The program

Training program
2 weeks(minimum 1) before the master class participants have to fill in a questionnaire about their perception of the corporate culture of their company or business unit. Then, at the beginning of the course, we will discuss some theoretical and methodological background of the company’s culture as a profit center. We will conduct as well some highly interactive exercises in order to explore different perspectives of cultural alignment. Then we will discuss the results of the test, clarifying the participants’ personal perceptions of the company’s cultural mechanism of creating value. Then we will divide the participants in sub-groups from 3 to 5 persons and help them to elaborate the scheme of a particular cultural mechanism in order to solve the issues they need and create value for their business unit. This will be followed by an overall discussion of the elaborated cultural mechanisms for each participant. Afterwards the master-class certificates will be handed in.
