Methodology of training delivery
Computer-based simulation «Products» developed by SMG Company, USA is a key element of this course .This will allow participants to apply acquired knowledge in situation provided. Teams of 3-4 people manage companies for which they have to develop a strategy, pricing policy and implement their own decisions with the use of computer software. Teams compete on a common market for 4 “virtual” years. The winner is the team that creates the company with the highest value in this market.
Participants will have the unique opportunity to manage all company departments and to understand the close link between production, marketing, sales and HR policy.
