Methodology of training delivery
Training is conducted in intensive mode of group discussions, demonstrations and practical exercises. In the group, each participant will receive an opportunity to work on their own professional tasks via coaching sessions. They’ll realize the barriers to effective collaboration in coaching, and form their own coaching style, get feedback from the master and the other participants.
