Module 1. Strategic Management Processes:

• role and goals of strategic planning;
• main principles and tools of SWOT analysis;
• vision and Mission;
• strategic advantages:
– customer intimacy;
– product leadership;
– operational excellence;
• strategizing and game theory.

Module 2. Methods and tools of financial analysis:

• structuring main financial reports;
• strategic advantage and financial reporting;
• cost/quality ratio analysis;
• forecasting financial results;
• long-term stability, EVA;
• risks – financial and operation leverage.

Module 3. Team presentations and analysis:

• debrief.

A key element of this course is the computer simulation «Products» developed by SMG Company, USA, which will allow participants to apply the knowledge they acquire during training to practice situations. Teams of 3-4 people manage companies for which they have to develop a strategy, pricing policy and implement their own decisions with the use of computer software. Teams compete on a common market for 4 “virtual” years. The winner is the team that creates the company with the highest value in this market.
Participants will have the unique opportunity to manage all company departments and to understand the close link between production, marketing, sales and HR policy.

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
