In a very compact and metaphoric way the participant can “see” in the darkness all his/her behavioral strategies which result into success or failure in teamwork, communication and conflict situations. The discussion in light makes people think on what specifically should be done to create effective behavioral strategies and to focus on the individual goals in his/ her professional and personal life.

Training program
Participants spend several hours in the dark going through a series of challenges with the assistance of blind trainers. Participants experience themselves and others in complete darkness where they are challenged by solving different tasks as a team.
The participants learn to dare, share and care, and will work out strategies to solve common tasks together under pressure of different stressors such as absence of eyesight, time pressure, limited resources, change of conditions, and competition with other teams. The benefits are re-enforced during a debriefing session in light aimed at:
- reinforcing of reflection and its functions in all problem solving tasks;
- developing self-understanding and recognizing of own emotional reactions;
- - forming creative approach to problematic communicative situations;
- - understanding own creative role in constructive reforming of the professional and personal communication territory;
- - understanding personal typical drawbacks in communication.

Module in the Dark
• Exercises that require the skills of interaction and leadership.
• The wording of the rules of engagement in the process of interaction, self-management and leadership and their application in the following exercises

Module in light
• Initial reflection on personal communication patterns that quickly come to the surface in the dark.
• Modern approach to leadership, understanding and accepting the leadership styles that can be integrated in selling technologies;
• Understanding and developing own leadership skills that are needed for the leader role;
• Developing the skills of actual leadership influence on buyers in the course of negotiations.
